Vitamin D3 shows promise for warts
We explored the effects of topical vitamin D3 ointment on senile warts, a common benign tumor in the elderly. Over three months, we applied active vitamin D3 forms to 116 patients with these warts.

The results were promising; 30.2% of our cases showed excellent improvement, with tumor sizes reduced by over 80%. Meanwhile, 46.6% saw moderate reductions of between 40% and 80%.

Importantly, we observed no significant side effects, making this a safe alternative treatment option for those affected by senile warts.

Topical Vitamin D3 reduces senile warts
We explored the impact of topical vitamin D3 ointments on treating senile warts, a common benign tumor in older adults. In a study involving 116 participants over 3 to 12 months, 30.2% experienced complete clearance of the warts, while 46.6% saw significant reductions in size.

The treatment was well-tolerated, reducing the tumors without causing inflammation. Laboratory tests indicated that vitamin D3 might aid in shrinking these growths by triggering cell death in the wart tissue. Overall, vitamin D3 shows promise in enhancing the quality of life for elderly patients suffering from senile warts.

We examined how vitamin D supplements could influence the size of uterine myomas in women facing vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency. In a clinical trial conducted from 2019 to 2020, 137 women participated, receiving either 1000 IU daily or 50000 IU weekly of vitamin D for 12 weeks.

While we noted a slight decrease in myoma size, the results were not significant. Ultimately, our findings suggest that vitamin D supplementation does not effectively reduce myoma size in the short term for those affected by vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency.

Crucial for hormone balance
No vitamin enhances health or well-being like vitamin D. No organ in the endocrine system can function properly without adequate vitamin D. Its deficiency is a leading cause of infertility in both men and women. Vitamin D regulates various hormones, particularly testosterone, which influences energy, fat burning, and sexual motivation. It also plays a role in maintaining the body's anti-tumour immunity from birth. Furthermore, lower mortality rates from cardiovascular diseases in summer highlight the importance of vitamin D. Deficiencies in vitamin D and zinc can lead to depression, thus demonstrating its significance for mental health.

Vitamin D reduces nasal polyp recurrence
We examined how vitamin D supplementation impacts patients who suffer from chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis, a common benign tumor afflicting many. In our trial, patients with a vitamin D deficiency received weekly doses of this nutrient for two months following endoscopic sinus surgery.

Our results showed a significant reduction in both the severity of symptoms and the recurrence of nasal polyps among those who received vitamin D compared to the control group. This suggests that maintaining adequate vitamin D levels could be beneficial for preventing issues related to nasal polyps post-surgery.

The dosage size is excellent; I took it for myself and my child. Vitamin D3 offers numerous advantages not just for the immune system but also: it regulates calcium and phosphorus levels in the blood, thus supporting and strengthening musculoskeletal tissue (bones, joints, muscles, teeth); it controls the functioning of the immune, cardiovascular, endocrine, hormonal, and nervous systems; it exhibits anti-inflammatory, anti-tumour, and immunomodulating effects, slows ageing, and increases energy.

Should I take vitamin D supplements in summer? If you spend a lot of time outdoors in the sun and wear minimal clothing for decency, you may not need it. Like many, I spend most daylight hours indoors; I commute by public transport; I walk in hot weather wearing sunglasses and a hat, and if I sunbathe, I apply sun cream. In this situation, the chances of acquiring the "sunshine" vitamin are nearly none! Briefly about the benefits of vitamin D: It has a strong anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect; maintains normal blood pressure; controls blood sugar levels; plays a role in immunity; prevents tumor cell development. Be healthy and live long!
